Chris Hanna
I lived the first 20 years of my adult life like most people in the world, broke and hoping I’d make it to my next paycheck. Worrying about paying bills and the stress that accompanies that was an everyday occurrence for me. There had to be a better way and I wanted to find it. I was reluctant to pay for a financial program, but I wasn’t succeeding on my own, so I enrolled. My fiancée (who I now am very proud to call my wife) and I paid off everything except for our house, and even had a small amount of money in the bank. We thought we had made it. This is where we wanted to be. No bills and less money stress. Things were great - or so we thought! With no one to encourage and guide us to the next steps of true financial freedom, we found ourselves pushing the boundaries of instant gratification again. We slowly returned to a life of debt and bills. Before we knew it, we were in worse shape than we were in when we started this journey. We had to start all over again, only in a deeper hole this time.
We paid off over $100,000.00 in debt. We established a significant savings account. We set up monthly budgets that work for our family, including regular investments toward retirement. After all of that I then decided I wanted to help others avoid our mistakes. I had realized that a great plan is only great if you follow through with it. I sought to help people devise a strategy and change the way they think about money. That’s when my wife and I started the Hanna Development Group in order to support couples and individuals through their journey to reach their highest potential.

Katherine Hanna
I have been leading operations teams and businesses in the finance industry for more than 25 years. Working in some of the largest corporations in America I have been fortunate to experience a variety of leadership styles, training and some of the best mentors in the market. I have been blessed to have had a career successful in process improvement, project sponsorship, customer service and operational excellence. I have effectively led groups ranging from 5 colleagues in one location to over 300 in multiple countries. Still today, developing colleagues and seeing them exceed even their own expectations is an experience that, for me, has no equal in the business world.
When my husband, Chris, began exploring the idea of creating a business to leverage our shared experiences to mentor others I was immediately on board! He and I share a passion for helping and supporting people on their individual paths to success whether it be in their careers or financially. I have, over the years, benefited from amazing mentors. I love sharing what I have learned and watching others use that knowledge as a stepping stone toward their own personal authentic style and success.
